DIABETIC FOOT CARE

Many challenges come with diabetes, but we are here to help you conquer them. Here are some basic steps for healthy foot care:

  1. Inspect your feet regularly.

  2. Bathe feet in lukewarm water and be gentle while bathing them.

  3. Moisturize your feet but not between your toes.

  4. Cut your nails carefully and regularly.

  5. Never treat calluses or blisters on your feet by yourself. Consult a doctor if you are concerned.

  6. Always wear clean, dry socks.

Don't forget we can provide you with a pair of diabetic shoes and insoles.
